CAAAV: Organizing Asian Communities and Chinatown Tenants Union (CTU) work to build grassroots community power across diverse poor and working class Asian immigrant and refugee communities in New York City.

Founded in 1986, CAAV and CTU address the root causes of racial discrimination and violence in their communities by fighting for institution change in coalition with the broader movement for racial, gender, and economic justice.
